Okay, so that’s not entirely true…
The woman, Raina Kumra, was injured when a mounted moose-head fell on her at the White Slab Palace on Delancey.
This all went down in October, but Ms. Kumra’s lawsuit is being processed now. She’s claiming that the restaurant popular with hipsters LES-wide, maintained an unsafe environment, and not only was she hurt by the falling Moose, but she was embarrassed.
The 150 pounds, 3 foot wide moose head (I’m assuming the 3 feet were predominately made up of antlers), caused the 32-year old woman has claimed to have impaired cognitive skills, suffered chronic neck pain, fatigue, dizziness and anxiety since the experience. She’s suing the restaurants owner Annika Sundvik for an undisclosed sum.
