Weird Couple Alert

Adam Duritz does pretty darn well with the ladies.  While I do enjoy a Counting Crows ditty now and then, I’ve never looked at the lead singer and thought “wow, I’d tap that.” Nope, never happened.  But, you know who would? Lot’s of really hot women.

Duritz has dated, Jennifer Aniston, Monica Potter, Courtney Cox, and Mary Louise Parker – just to name a few.  So it should come to no surprise that he’s dating another super-cute  starlet now, one that is almost half his age.

On Wednesday, Duritz, 45, was seen holding hands and being all cutesy-wootsy with Phantom of the Opera phenom Emmy Rossum, who is 23.   She’s a diva (in the truest, most operatic sense of the word), and he’s rock star.  I’m pretty sure they make movies about this sort of thing.

Rossum has been in the news recently after her husband, Justin Seigel filed for divorce. Yup, that’s right, she’s had a secret two year marriage.  I have to say I’m pretty impressed at the fact that she’s been able to keep her marriage a secret for so long, how very Janet Jackson of her. Is Adam Duritz her rebound guy?

This is one couple no one saw coming, but hey, they can both sing, right?
